“I always enjoyed my scouting experience. I am an Eagle Scout and consider this honor one of the highest honors I have received. The values and lessons I learned in scouting are still values I have followed my entire life. I can still recite the Boy Scout Law by memory: A scout is: trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean, and reverent. I appreciate Clyde Felts and Harold Hall for all the time spent being involved with us in scouting. You made a difference in my life and I thank you!”“I have always been interested in the political process and was honored to have been asked to serve as a page for Speaker of the House, Bill Willis, my junior year in high school.
